slow things down, understand where the movement comes from, and find more space, comfort, and ease.
backbends can feel challenging, especially when we're unsure where the movement should come from or how much effort to use. but with the right preparation and support, we can begin to find more space, comfort, and ease.
this workshop brings together what i've learned through years of practice with inspiring teachers around the world. their different approaches helped me understand my body better, adapt my own practice, and find more ease in backbends. i'm excited to share what i've learned and help you explore what works for your body too.
we'll slow things down and bring attention to the whole body, understanding how the legs, hips, core, shoulders, and breath support each posture. sometimes a small adjustment makes a bigger difference than trying to go deeper.
what to expect
